Thankfully, the tire and rim issue, mentioned below, has been resolved and Jeff Neal's persistence in correcting it is much appreciated!

ORIGINALLY my experience with Kelly Elliot with Smart Auto Leasing was fantastic. I told her exactly what I wanted and what I needed then she did all the legwork to get me into that car in less than a week.

However, a year later.....several issues have come up with my tires. Kelly is gone and now the new manager, Jeff Neal, refuses to handle the fraudulent issues appropriately.
