I must say this, has been one amazing experience. Shout out too some great people, in particular Karl,Frank,Darron, Sean (Finance) and Denver!!!! Back in August my wife and I came to the dealership to try Londonderry out again, cuz back in the past I had a bad experience, so saying goes giving everyone a second chance . So we did and we came in to look at a 2017 Pacifica but turned out being a 2017 Dodge Grand Caravan. When I go somewhere, if I had a bad experience somewhere I am one picky and fussy customer to deal with. I must say that each one of these guys that I have mentioned dealt with me specific Very Well!! Someway or another I will get what I would like if possible. I wanted some extras put in the Caravan and these guys worked their butt off, to make me and my wife happy. Happy Customers Happy Life. Now I came back again to help out my cousin get a vehicle and shout to Karl and Braden (finance). Good Job guys!! You made another sale with another happy customer, even if you had to deal with me again!! The salesman at Londonderry Dodge can handle picky, fussy customers and even the hard to negotiate ones as well!! If everything stays the same in the next couple years!! I will be back to trade in my truck to get something different. Thank you for everything Karl, Frank, Darron, Denver and Sean (Finance)
