My wife was in the ER last night and the doctor in charge questioned her why she wasn't taking Advil for the pain. This doctor was told my wife was taking methyl prednisolone for the inflammation and to turn off the immune response. He sent her home after giving her 600 mg of Advil. It turns out Advil is contraindicated for the methyl prednisolone and this doctor SHOULD HAVE KNOWN THAT. He put my wife in a precarious situation by mixing drugs like that.
