One of my bridesmaids dresses was 10 sizes TOO big...

One of my bridesmaids dresses was 10 sizes TOO big. After speaking with the owner she informed me that it is possible my bridesmaid dropped a lot of weight- which is ridiculous excuse. My bridesmaid went into her shop to get the situation resolved and the owner swapped out for a completely different dress in the same color that she happen to have in stock in my bridesmaid's size. Now, instead of 4 long bridesmaids dresses and 3 short (which is how I wanted it to be for pictures) I have 3 long bridesmaid dresses and 4 short. My bridesmaid didn't even get the dress she wanted, she had to settle for one they had in stock.

The owner is rude and VERY unaccommodating to resolve the situation. We were basically an inconvenience to her.

I advise you to not do business with her.
