So I went in to Mr. Zurbriggen s Office with my friend (as an advocate)who was needing a family law attorney for a divorce. He was willing to be retained and took Her case. He assured her he could handle it even with being an out of state case.
Her case was unique because there was a filing for divorce in Texas but she was living in Arizona at this time due to the passing of her 2 yr old child.
Unfortunately for my friend, Jeff did not give due diligence to her case at all. He missed court dates and deadlines in Texas. Because of this she had to retain another attorney that gave the due diligence needed, and my friend was able to child-support
