My wife and I purchased a 2019 Nissan Murano from this dealership and overall it was a pleasant experience. BTW, I am not a big fan of SUV's as I am more of a sporty coupe/sedan kind of guy. But I will say that I found the Murano to be very comfortable and quite attractive. The outside is modern looking and truly steps outside the box of your typical looking SUV. The interior surprised us both as it felt much closer to being a luxury vehicle than any of it's competitors.

Let me start by saying that our salesman Jack Feng was an essential part in making the whole process of purchasing a new vehicle less stressful. He uses a very clear, concise and non pressure approach that makes you feel confident that you are making an informed buying decision. I would highly recommend him if you are even remotely thinking of purchasing a Nissan product as he seems very well versed about their entire product line. The general manager and staff who helped us after the purchase were also a pleasure to work with. Furthermore, after noticing some very minor issues upon receiving the vehicle the service department was quick to address our issues. Hoping that we continue to get the same great service, we feel confident that we will as the staff seems to thrive on customer care and how they can keep improving upon it.
