Popped in today with so, made an enquiry about a game we were interested in. Shophand was quite rude, didn t want to listen, insistent that what we were looking for something that didn t exist, because he put in the minimal amount of effort to find it. in fact I put more effort in here, writing this.
Question is why would I go here when I can go somewhere where the staff are nice.
