Wizz Air is a real example of how an airline company wants to make money on stupid things like the size of your hand-lagguage. This is just irritating and driving customers away. Last time I flu with them I had to pay 45 extra just before boarding the plane because my trolley (which I have been using with Ryanair all the time) was 2cm bigger than their size. The member of staff I dealt with was a rude boy who kept repeating to "lower my voice" while he was shouting at me. RUDE, RUDE, RUDE! Really Wizz Air, go and take the mick out of somebody else. If it wasn't for all the festival-goers that use your services in summer you would not make any money. In conclusion just a word to describe them: THIEVES!
