The hotel is very pretty and the rooms are nice th...

The hotel is very pretty and the rooms are nice though on the smaller side. The service isn't great though, unfortunately. We stayed for 3 days and our turn down service didn't even replace the toiletries or towels properly and they were slow to respond to issues.
