From the first phone call to walking out the door with my new truck was a great experience. Peter was great and knew that I wasn t trying to waste anyone s time. They got my car traded in at double what a big name dealer who s name rhymes with Bon Bavis, offered me. A couple of things I pointed out on the truck that I wanted fixed and they got the parts ordered right away. Great car buying experience.

4/9/20 2 weeks later and the trucks gone through all the coolant. Trying to figure out the issue now. Found out the vehicle was deemed a total loss. I specifically asked why the vehicle was bought at auction and of course the fact that it was a total loss vehicle was not mentioned by Craig. I m still awaiting the parts they ordered for the vehicle. The damage explains why the speed clips on the grille along with one bolt mount were broken when I went to replace the headlights and the rear passenger door handle coming loose after a week.
