No proper billings details were provided and My mom was discharged 1 week back, still awaiting for the complete break up bill details Difference in charging Insurance and cashbcash patients, ( we were charged additional 7 to 10 K compared to cash patients and also they charged 7000 as non medical but those non medical bill was not sent to insurance) when enquiring about this harsh response from PRO staff. No proper response from any department except the nursing staff. They are good and answers the questions about the patient treatment etc.
