She used her excellent communication skills to clearly explain each step of the sales process which included providing feedback from each 'open house'. Helene explained the market trends which gave me much confidence in her ability and knowledge of the local area. She enthusiastically provided guidance, support and direction when the property didn't sell as fast as I anticipated.
