Purchased a car wash, not realizing it was the conveyer belt type. Attendant didn't mention anything about putting it in neutral, so I got on the belt and they had to stop the wash (after yelling which I couldn't hear) to tell me. I've never used this type of car wash before, what can I say? Also scratched my car in multiple places, including the window
