Happy with the service received. Our appeal at tribunal was successful (we now hope the home office does appeal that judgement - fingers crossed). The solicitor who attended the tribunal with us seemed well informed, had all the right bundles, and was respectful and kind (which helped a lot). I didn't deal directly with Mandy, but was copied into much of the correspondence and she was also respectful, helpful and guided us clearly through the process. Having been mucked about by other solicitors in the past, it becomes a very nerve wracking process so it was a relief to be able to rely on Mandy Peters.
