We went to see the Slow-Burn Theatre's production Priscilla Queen of the Desert at the Amaturo Theater. The Broward Center operation is a finely-tuned machine. You'll find plenty of staff lining the halls and entries to help you find your way. The concession is nicely appointed and you can take your beverages into the theater with you. Parking in this area is abundant but expensive. The garage across the street charged $15. Valet is available as well but I believe it's $25. Lastly, Slow-Burn is the Resident Theatre Co. Bringing South Florida Town together on the stage in ways that other theatre companies should watch and learn! With their next season opening in Octoberat the Broward Center, I'm looking forward to seeing more from this regional Residebt Theatre Company if they celebrate their 10th anniversary season.
