My neck:chest ratio prevents off the shelf dress shirts...I tested the system at Men's Wearhouse for custom shirt, fitting appt was off. Got on Proper Cloths website, input measurements per website instructions the same day as MW fitting, had a perfectly fitted shirt in 3 days (MW took 3 weeks to receive the shirt, fit was horrible, so bad not worth even trying to fix). Proper Cloth was and is the easiest answer to my dress clothing needs. Clothing is affordable, the website simple, and customer service very helpful. Kudos on impressive customer experience.
