I recieved a letter stating that I owed a debt that i didnt know anything about. I called in today to sort it out. The woman who answered my call, answered while taking a huge yawn before saying hello or anything. I thought that was so rude and unprofessional. She didnt have the information on hand but is going to send it to me in the mail, so i guess my call was helpful. I was just so bothered by her loud yawn right in my ear. She could have just left me on hold.
