Really dissatisfied with the customer service and lack of care for clients from the leasing team. Viewed a property on a Saturday, applied for it right away and it took them a week to get back to us. We called every day to find out what was happening and each day were given different answers from the receptionist staff and property manager Kristen. Apparently the application was being presented to the owner one day and then the next it was still with the processing team? Funny how it was with the processing team for 5 days but not one of our references was called. Then we find out a week later that the property was leased because we called again. They didn't even bother to call and let us know. We thankfully secured a property through Raine and Horne Terrigal who were amazing to deal with and got back to us within a day. We don't care that we didn't get the property, we just care about the time frame, especially being so close to Christmas? People are desparate to find homes, and this agency just takes their sweet time. At the least, keep your clients updated. Disappointed.
