First time for service due to Lou Fusz exiting Nis...

First time for service due to Lou Fusz exiting Nissan dealer network. I was greeted quickly when I pulled in and offered the nicely appointed customer lounge, complete with free snacks and bottled water along with 1Mbps WiFi. Minus for me was them knowing for 2 weeks I'd be bringing in a Leaf that needs a certified mechanic and finding out both were out today. So, I'll need to come in again. Also, they didn't have OEM wipers for it either, they're on order.
