I sent in a VHS. It took about 6 weeks to get my DVD and digital disc back, but that was fine with me. They notified me ever step of the way where I was in the production queue, which I truly appreciated. My DVD's came in the mail in about 6 weeks, and I am very happy with the entire process and the finished product. The only thing I would have liked to have had was a packing slip/receipt and maybe a short instructional on how to download the digital copy into my computer, as I am computer illiterate. My neighbor came over and did it for me in 10 seconds so all is well. I will definitely use their service again, and I recommend it to anyone.
