Don't plan your day around time estimates for performance of work. Took our Explorer in for a Ford recall and were told at 10 AM car would be ready in about 2 hours in the early afternoon my wife asked if the car was ready and was told the mechanic was wrapping up. At 4PM she gave up and went home with my son. At 6 PM the car was ready for pick up. As far as we can tell, the recall work for 19S17 Rear Suspension Toe Link Replacement was performed correctly.

Scheduled Maintenance Service was performed. Brake inspection revealed pads and rotor needed service on right rear wheel, all others were in good condition. All parts and labor were covered by the maintenance plan we purchased when we bought the car - very pleasant surprise. So for good, reliable service to the car, Cowles does very well. If you are buying a car from them, checkout the maintenance plan offerings. Our pan has saved us quite a bit of money over the 54K miles we have driven the car to date.
