We had a scheduled day for service on a few items and Kathy and Marcus in the service department were very nice, on time and did a good job on the items we needed done. Marcus was great at explaining things to us and Kathy was thorough going over our list with us. Thank you for restoring some faith in your company!

We bought a new toy hauler a couple of weeks ago at the Wharton location and I wish we could say our experience was five stars. After the sale, don't expect much. I have inquired twice about a small issue and have not heard back from our salesman. Basically we have received excuses for lack of communication and also for our unit not being ready at the agreed upon time. There are other issues that I am waiting for the sales manager to return my call, it's now going on 3 days that I left him a voicemail. You should not have to leave a poor review to get decent customer service, especially after making a big purchase like we did.
