We ve stayed here several times, all previous times we stayed at the Glacier Canyon Lodge and LOVED it. This time it was a short trip so we stayed in the normal hotel room on site...MISTAKE! Room was an absolute mess, dried frosting on the sink basin, pizza on the balcony, and crumbs/frosting on the carpet. Needless to say I was not happy about the amount of money spent to stay two nights in a dirty room. Other than the room, the water park resort was amazing, as it always has been! The slides are awesome, pools are fun, and the lazy rivers are terrific. Of course poolside loungers are scarce, but we visited in the peak of summer so that was to be expected. Lifeguards were friendly and attentive. The on-site arcades are fun to spend some time (and money) with the kiddos.
