Enjoyed our visit today. A lovely place to walk and wonderful old trees. Need to be reasonably fit as a lot of walking even from the carpark to the entrance and cafe. Well tworth the effort once you are there. As we were in a campervan it would have been helpful if there was something on the website warning of the height barrier at the entrance and suggesting phoning in advance to arrange opening.
