HORRIBLE! SELLERS BEWARE! !!!!! We had to reschedule our closing several times. It took a whole EXTRA month to close on our home. Then, my husband and I were forced to presign our closing papers in order close on the house because we were going to be out of town. THE COMPANY SHORTED
US ON OUR SALE! The buyer had a contract with us to pay extra money for the delay and we got a fraction of what they were supposed to give us. Then they advice the buyer not to pay! DOLORES ACOSTA IS THE WORST! Scam artists!!! Now I'm stuck with credit card debt from having to pay two mortgages, 2 utility bills, and 2 hoa fees! DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!
