My wife and I looking at sectional at the Robert, LA location. We had picked one out but it was just a little big for our living space. The sales associate looked it up in the computer and noticed a new piece was available for the sectional that would make it smaller (a love seat attachment). We were hesitant not knowing the timeline of this new piece so we were about to walk out of store and the sales manager Ashley guaranteed that we would have everything delivered within 4 weeks. This was a complete lie to force us into a purchase. We received only half of the sectional after we asked them not to do this. We have called to speak to a manager and no one will take our call and now have even started picking up the phone and hanging up. Yes, you know who you are. The manager is always out or all of a sudden had a schedule change. Customer service says the piece won't be available until Dec 19th. This will be over 2 months not 4 weeks as promised. This has been a horrible experience and lets hope we actually get the furniture piece to complete our order. I will be filing a formal complaint with the BBB so they understand this is not how you treat a paying customers.
