My daughter is 14 but started attending the club when she was 7 she attends the boxing class an is made to feel part of the family down there. It has tought her disaplin an respect. You will not get a better club for adults or children they have something to suit all ages. The staff are welcoming an they have produced professionals an champions in some of the sports they run. Another advantage is the activities are very affordable, no contracts an a very family orientated atmosphere.
