Purchased standard sized 43-400 metal lids for my standard sized 43-400 bottles(to replace the plastic 43-400 lids I purchased). The lids arrived and they do not fit flush on the bottles. I called the company to return the lids and the woman was less than helpful.

They were unwilling to budge in any sort of fashion and told me it was not worth my time to ship them back as I would barely break even(since they gouged me $13 to ship). They were unwilling to admit that maybe there was something wrong with the lids and said my bottles were flawed. They refused to send me one of their 'superior' glass bottles that are more 43-400 than other companies' bottles, to prove that the lids are not defective.

Do not deal with this company. It is a shame that a simple phone call can't resolve an issue. What a waste of money on a poor quality product.
