I am making changes to this review since the property management company was very professional about correcting the concerns of the property. The property was not rent ready when we leased it. It has been brought to my attention that it has been correctly repaired and is in working order. The company strives to make their guests happy and do what is right by their customers. The property came with many issues; however, Penny Realty did resolve them. The owners care about customer relations.

The vacation home is situated in a great location. It has parking for two vehicles which is very nice in Mission Beach. Parking here is very difficult. We rented a Ford Explorer and had no issue parking in the space provided. It is conveniently located close to the bay and ocean.
