This is my husband's account but I (his wife) went in to have a Pulmonary Function test. I was very nervous about it and wasn't sure what to expect. Ms. Bonnie was so incredibly nice! What a perfect employee! She saw I was nervous and really helped to put me at ease during my test. She made me laugh which always helps me to relax. We talked about life and my 2 year old. As for the test, she was really good at describing what I was suppose to do and how to breathe and almost made it fun! I'd had a PFT about a year ago and it was a much different experience(at a different hospital) that other nurse was nice but she wasn't able to ease my nerves like Bonnie did. Bonnie was just wonderful and I truly appreciate how she put me at ease. I have some serious PTSD when it comes to doctors and anything medical so it meant a lot to me especially still being somewhat new to the area and I really don't know many people around here yet. Registration lady was very nice too and helped me set up a payment plan quickly and easily.
