I am writing this review as a former employee of MaidPro. I find this specific establishment very caring. Sophia is an amazing manager that has so many priorities to balance and she handles her job very gracefully. She treats every client equally and she is a very genuine person. If there are any issues they are accommodating and work with you until you are satisfied. I feel obliged to write a review because they really do deserve to be recognized for their caring nature, it is very rare to see any cleaning company with this level of consideration not only toward their customers, but toward their employees. It's important for a business to treat their employees with the same amount of respect they do their clients. I wasn't told to write a review, I did on my own accord because I believe any business that carries humane values like this should be recognized. I have worked many jobs and felt dehumanized by all of them except this one, and I feel that this is the type of peace of mind every customer needs; a customer needs to feel as if they can trust the right service. It is important to have the peace of mind that the person cleaning your home is being treated righteously.
