My daughter and I were in the emergency room at Bayshore and I must say that the nurse Kara was very comforting and reassuring she knew exactly what she was doing talk very nice and polite I was very happy she took care of my daughter very well told us exactly what she was doing and what she was doing it for . Kara was very upfront with everything . Kara came back and made sure that my daughter had everything that she needed and asked if she needed anything and told her everything will be fine just to relax and they would be back with the results. Kara checked on us 2 to 3 times to make sure everything is OK . I m very happy with Kara is a very nice women . Sonia is the nurse That helped us at the end Kara was busy with another patient . Sonia came in and helped my daughter with everything gave us our paperwork explained everything to us and told us to have a very nice day Sonia was very nice and caring also I must say these two nurses are the best that they have at Bayshore Hospital in the emergency room they gave us the best care ever. Just before we walked out Kara make sure she said goodbye take care have a good day.
