I was swindled out of $30 for a glass of Cabrenet ...

I was swindled out of $30 for a glass of Cabrenet Sauvignon Red at the hotel lobby by the bar manager. She is full of chicanery!! I ordered a glass of Wine, which I am accustomed to paying $10-16 at a restaurant. She did not offer me a menu or give me a selection to choose from. Unbeknownst she poured me a $30 glass of Hess Cabrenet Sauvignon Red, Which is $16-22 retail. She would not value my customer service and give me another glass, but instead she gave me a flippant attitude and a "Im sorry there's nothing I can do, the bar is closing". I know that her behavior does not represent Atlanta Airport Marriott on 4711 Best road. Atlanta. Customer service is very important in the industry, and it saddens me that patrons are not receiving it at it's best .
