Let me start out by saying, I am a car guy and, generally: i am not the easiest customer to deal with. I know when someone is trying to slick taIk me and I can see a plastic smile a mile away. There was none of that here. The salesman Michael Potenza was an absolute breath of fresh air. I never got the feeling that I was being talked at. I felt like a valued customer instead of a commission figure. I was never rushed into any decision I was uncomfortable with. I have been to 5 different dealerships in the past month and Michael was easily the most helpful, honest, and genuine person I had dealt with. He made the experience an absolute pleasure. Mike... thank you.
On to financing.... Kim is as real as they come. There isn't a lying bone in her body, as far as I could tell. Her direct and straightforward attitude lent themselves fantastically to her sense of humor. I don't think I have ever had such a good time while making such a weighted financial decision.
I couldn't have asked for a better team at Imperial Ford. Thank you for the excellent experience.
