I participated in PSIs 40-hour basic mediation course in January and found it to be excellent. Monica & Jan did an excellent job of working us through a lot of material in a pretty short period of time. Both are experienced mediators and have the skills and background to impart their knowledge in an effective way. The role plays and corresponding feedback were a crucial part of the program and helped me to see my strengths as a mediator as well as the areas where I need improvement. I'm looking forward to taking additional course work at PSI in the near future.
