For the space and price you have to give it 5 stars!!
We visit Beaver Creek often and have stayed mostly at the Osprey or Hyatt. However, during Christmas and New Years, hotel rooms are almost impossible to come by and if available, the least expensive in Beaver Creek was $1,000 per night for 2 guests! We stayed the week of New Years at the Christie Lodge for about $450 per night for a 3 bedroom, 3 bath unit (free parking and internet). It was great! Plenty of room for everyone and the living area was great to watch football games. The staff, in particular the front desk, was so helpful. The free shuttle whisks you straight to the lifts and village. This is our new favorite place. We have already booked a week for Spring Break! If you have to have "brand new" then this is not the place for you. The complex is older and a little dated but extremely clean and well equipped.
