In all honesty, you go here for the experience and not so much about the food. I've been to a three star Michelin restaurant in South Korea and it wasn't all guns and smokes, but they concentrated a lot of the food itself. Maybe my palette isn't developed to appreciate some of the ingredients in these dishes, but I applaud the techniques and creativity they put into the dishes. I mean after all, they are still a three Michelin Star restaurant for a reason.
