Our Telsco experience was amazing to say the least from a customer satisfaction perspective.
Beginning with the quoting process to the end of the installation all the staff were knowledgeable, respectful and competent at their trade.
Of particular mention was the tech who performed the installation. He was extremely technically component, spent time to answer questions, highly particular with making certain everything worked properly before leaving. A first class gentleman to say the very least. Hard to find folks like him.
Compared to the security company we previously had; Telsco is head and shoulders above them and quite frankly they are head and shoulders above most companies we have dealt with in respect to customer service/satisfaction.
They get five stars without hesitation.
