These people were working for our shady home warranty company, not for us. We had multiple opinions after their "repair" left us with a bigger nightmare than our initial problem. Every single subsequent professional assessment we sought indicated the "repair" should have actually been a replacement, but again they were cutting corners to save our home warranty company some money. We are still digging out of the mess they caused us...one year later. Would not recommend. Also, I was worried about having to render CPR to the gentleman they sent out. He was so morbidly obese that he broke part of our privacy fence surrounding the pump and such, just by bumping into it. I was genuinely afraid he was going to have a catastrophic health event while "working on" our pool equipment. I actually asked him if he was okay several times. Would never use these people again. What a nightmare.
