I ordered a swing set on April 11th. Only 2 of the 3 boxes were delivered. It is now a month later and I have followed all of the steps to arrange getting the missing box (the actual wood for the swing set), but they haven't responded to me in a week now. This was supposed to be a birthday gift for our son, but it doesn't appear that will be happening now.
