You guys are horrible. I will never buy a car or take any of my cars to your dealer for service again. Just found out my friends have had similar experiences with you guys. I m glad I bought my Panamera and 911s from Hoehn Porsche. I thought it was convenient taking my Panamera 4S to you for service since I live in San Diego. You damaged my car and no one has contacted me back after Ieft 3 messages regarding the situation. Nice job, Shannon, still waiting for that call (supposedly on the following Monday). That was like over 2 weeks ago. My car was damaged and nothing has been resolved, you should call to follow.

Shannon the service manager said, the car will be repainted to the way it was and that should be good enough... expects me to just be content with it. They want to tell me how I should feel about my car. Well, I have a suggestion: how I ll bang your wife if she s even hot. She can get dressed and goes back home The same way left the house. And l ll tell you it s the same and don t worry about it. May be I ll throw in a $300 gift card from Cowboy Star too.

It s not about the many times you got it right. It s how you handle the few wrongs.
Refund my friend s warranty situation as you guys promised too. It s been over 5 months already.
