I believe every individual should be treated with respect and fairly. I called your office this morning to inquire for your crashing website for me to apply for any job vacancies. I was courteously directed by the operator to connect with the HR and when I greeted and attempted to explain my side, she immediately shutdown the phone.

I know we all have struggles most especially in these difficult times, but it would be good if we should treat and respond nicely to each questions asked.
