Buyers Be Aware !!!!!!!
On May 5th, 2020, I bought an LG refrigerator (LRFXS2503S) Home Depot, and two weeks later the ice maker, water dispenser, and freezer stopped working. I immediately contacted Home Depot and informed them of the issue, however, they told me that because 48 hours had passed I needed to contact the LG service center. I contacted LG who then agreed to send a technician to my home to look at the fridge. Needless to say, three LG technicians checked the fridge three different times but could not rectify the issue; each technician that looks at the fridge gave me a different diagnosis. For instance, the first technician told me that space, where I had the refrigerator, was too small which was preventing proper airflow, the second one told me that the compressor was bad, and the third one told me that the fridge was overheating. I called LG to ask for an exchange or a refund but was told they could not help me. I called today, July 14, 2020, and on three different occasions, their representative hung up the phone on me after I waited over 20 minutes ( each time) to speak with someone. I am writing this review to warn customers to stay away from LG products because their products are bad and their customers' services are even worse.
It's very sad that I purchased a refrigerator for $2, 300, and I can't even enjoy it.

Please stay away from LG or else you will live to regret your purchase !!!!
PS. They love to apologize to customers when they write bad reviews however their apologies are very insincere and genetic ; every customer gets the same apology. Do not fall for their lame apologies; if they were sincere they would treat their customers better by making every effort possible to resolve all the complaints.
