The Sheraton Grand Phoenix is great, for the price I paid, as a preferred guest, I would just expect upgraded features the room that it does not have. The design is not updated and the flat screen tv is very small. I've stayed in cheaper rooms with much bigger TVs. Honestly is not anything special. For the price I would expect more but the staff is friendly and no other complaints besides the grip on the floor of the tun is blackish due to how old it is. The room still feels clean and the bed is comfortable.
