Well.... they say customer service is important b...

Well.... they say customer service is important but that is a lie. I placed an order online on 6/11/20 and still have no update as to where my parts are. I have emailed them twice and no response. Been on hold for 10 minutes now and loosing my patience. They charged my card within minutes for my parts and almost a month later I have nothing in my hand to fix my mower. I don't want to drive to MD but might have to so I can get my parts.
