I spent four years at Green Mountain College and met some of the most wonderful people that I have had the pleasure of spending time with. From dinner with professors to dinner with my teammates, I couldn't have chosen a better place to call home. It's a small college in a small town, but most certainly not lacking in diversity. I met people from all walks of life and each and everyone of them has forever changed my life. I recently had 22 GMC students at my house in UT, most of whom I have never met, but because of the amazing nature of this place I felt like I had spent the past four years with them. I am beyond proud to say that I come from such a beautiful community with such strong beliefs, but most importantly, the acceptance of others.
