My family had the absolute worst experience with the manager and owner of BounceU. I was charged for an additional child and when I brought it to the manager's attention (at the end of the party when I went to pay) she made a scene at the register. She screamed loudly for an extended period of time in front of all of the children and guests. She was jumping around and yelling that "she won't get in trouble again." It was shocking and humiliating for my family. We were celebrating my son's birthday and she scared the children with her behavior. She threatened to call the police if we didn't pay (for something we didn't do). She refused to review the surveillance tapes too. She showed me a list of the kids and she had listed my son twice. I pointed out that was the problem and she still refused to adjust the count. She stormed out of the building, still screaming, and another worker followed her out. After an extended period of time, the other worker returned with the owner on the phone. The manager never returned. The owner never apologized. He said that we were being inappropriate to the manager and said he would watch the tapes and get back to us. It took 5 days for him to call and when he did call us, he just insulted me and my husband, and blamed us for the situation. I will never return and urge parents to spend their money elsewhere.
