Customer service Does not Exist! RockAuto charged ...

Customer service Does not Exist! RockAuto charged my card and have never delivered my parts!! When I checked with FedEx, They said that my parts were returned without even me knowing! so FedEx guy took it upon himself to return my parts without even notifying me. next thing Rock auto issues me a credit for about half what They charged me.
All this is happening by a computer. THEY HAVE NO PHONE NUMBER FOR A LIVE PERSON TO talk to! I am contacting my credit card company to get my money back. Yes they are cheaper but you are getting no customer service
