This place is awful!! They keep delaying the closing by requiring something new needs to be done. It shouldn t take over 4 months to refinance. They don t answer their phones either. We called from a different number and then someone picked up. The guy said he has over 60 closings in the process. Then why don t they get to work?! He doesn t know what he s doing, that s why. If I had that much work to do and then took this long, I d be fired from my job. Can t they get competent people to work there?
I ve read many of the same complaints. They say they need another document, signature, form whatever they can think up to stall. Come on people, get your rear in gear already.
They were supposed to start the process back in FEBRUARY and didn t until MAY, it s still NOT DONE and it s mid AUGUST!!
