first i called to see if my key warranty was going...

first i called to see if my key warranty was going to cover me getting a new fob. I was told by the warranty company that Reliable Chevrolet should of giving me 2 sets of keys when i purchased the vehicle. I called my sales person Mike and he told me to talk to service. So i spoke with service at first he told me i did not have a warranty i told him yes i did. So then he looked it up again and found my warranty. He set me up an appointment for a week later with Duy. We brought my car in and were told that they did not have a key fob for my car and that they would have to order one. Why did they not do that prior. They had a whole week to take care of that. I drove from Garland to get my key. My husband told them that he would just leave my car there and he got an oil change and some other work done on it. I had to drive to Richardson from Garland to pick up my husband. I just do not understand if they knew we were coming in for a key a week prior and they knew what kind of car why did they not ask me what kind of key fob i had. Waste of our time.
